Ingredients
1 Pkg Schneiders® Juicy Jumbos® wieners - All Beef
6 hot dog buns
1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
3/4 cup Pico de gallo salsa
1 cup guacamole
1/4 cup spicy mayo
Directions
- •Grill the wieners as directed per package.
- •Place each wiener in a bun, evenly top each wiener with guacamole, Pico de Gallo salsa, cucumbers, and drizzle with mayo. Serve.
A dash of advice
Serve with a Mexican corn salad.
