Cedar Plank Grilled Cheddar

Ingredients
1 cedar plank, soaked for at least 1 hour
1 wedge (200g) Longo’s Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Longo’s Pineapple Pepper Jelly
1 pkg (150g) Longo’s Artisan Rustic Crisps or Crostini
Chopped fresh Longo’s Mint, Parsley or Basil (optional)
Directions
- •Place plank with cheese on it onto preheated grill over medium heat. Grill, lid closed, for 5 minutes. Top cheese with pepper jelly, close lid and grill for about 5 minutes more or until cheese begins to soften on edges.
- •Serve on plank with crackers or crostini. Sprinkle with mint, if using.
