Chutney-Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
12 Frenched lamb rib chops or lamb loin chops
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1/2 cup Longo’s Signature Mango and Peach Chutney
3 tbsp Longo’s Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh Longo’s Rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
Additional rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions
- •Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chops with salt and pepper.
- •Pulse chutney in a small food chopper or blender until smooth; blend with mustard, rosemary and garlic. Divide mixture in half; brush half over chops.
- •Grill chops for 2 minutes per side. Continue to grill for 4 to 6 minutes, basting with remaining sauce and turning often, until well glazed and an instant read thermometer registers 145°F (or to preferred doneness). Tent with foil and rest for 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
A dash of advice
Tip: To prepare chops in the oven, preheat the broiler to high. Arrange chops on rack set over foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Broil chops on top rack, basting with sauce once turned, for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until preferred doneness.
