Creamy Turkey and Egg Noodles

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
1 250g package Maple Leaf® Natural Sliced Turkey, roughly chopped
1 340g package extra broad egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 284mL can cream of broccoli soup
¾ cup milk
½ cup Longos 14% Sour Cream
1 400g package frozen Italian blend vegetables
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- •Heat oil in a large non stick skillet. Add turkey and brown for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add vegetables and cook stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes.
- •Pour in soup, milk and sour cream. Stir well to combine and allow to simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add in noodles and toss well to coat.
- •Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
A dash of advice
Serve with a house salad and toasted garlic bread.
