Pear Chips

Serves about 1 2/3 cups

Ingredients

2 pears

1 tsp granulated sugar

Directions

  • Slice pears thinly vertically with a sharp chef’s knife or mandolin. Arrange slices in a single layer on rimmed baking sheet lined with Longo’s Parchment Paper. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in centre of preheated 225°F oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until browned and crisp. Let cool completely and enjoy on their own or in recipes.
  • (MAKE AHEAD - Can be stored in container at room temperature for up to 5 days.)
