Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup Longo’s Essentials Light Coconut Milk
3 tbsp Coffee Mate Bliss Coconut Sweet Crème
1/4 tsp Longo’s Essentials Ground Ginger
Toasted coconut chips (optional)
Directions
- •Place pineapple, ice cubes, coconut milk, sweet crème and ginger in blender. Blend until smooth.
- •Pour into 3 cups and garnish with coconut chips, if desired.
A dash of advice
For a bigger ginger flavour, double the amount. Need a new piña colada mix? Use this smoothie and just add rum!
