Reuben Style Smoked Sausage on a Bun

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 300 gram package Greenfield Smoked Sausage, scored

4 multi seed sausage buns, split and toasted

4 slices swiss cheese, sliced in half

4 tbsp prepared sauerkraut, drained and blotted dry

8 slices Greenfield Black Forest Ham

Thousand Island Dressing, prepared

Directions

  • Grill sausages over medium heat turning frequently for about 8 to 10 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Assemble by placing sliced cheese into bun followed by two slices of black forest ham. Place sausage on top of the black forest ham and top with sauerkraut. Drizzle with thousand islands dressing. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
