Sticky Maple Chicken Wings

Ingredients

1 pkg (1.5kg) Longo’s Chicken Wings

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp minced fresh ginger

1/3 cup Longo’s Pure Maple Syrup

1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

  • Cut chicken wings into drumettes and wings, then cut wing tips off and discard. Toss with 1/4 tsp pepper and pinch of salt.
  • Heat 1 tbsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola Oil in large, wide non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute. Increase heat to medium-high and add wings. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until starting to brown.
  • Add maple syrup and soy sauce; bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer, stirring often, for about 10 minutes or until chicken is well glazed and juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
