Strawberry Balsamic Cups

Ingredients
3/4 cup Longo’s Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp Longo’s Signature Organic 2% Milk
8 fresh strawberries, husked
2 slices (1-inch each) Longo’s Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Longo’s Signature Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Directions
- •Mix ricotta with sugar and milk. Cover and refrigerate.
- •Skewer strawberries onto 2 soaked bamboo or metal skewers. Grill strawberry skewers on greased preheated grill over medium heat, 1 minute each side. Grill cake slices, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat. Quarter strawberries and cake slices.
- •Layer among each of 2 glass jars or small glasses 2 pieces of cake, 3 tbsp of the ricotta mixture, 1/4 of the strawberries and a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. Repeat layers.
