LOFT VIRTUAL CLASSES

The health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our highest priority. We have cancelled all in-store cooking classes and activities in the Loft until further notice. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely, and hope to welcome you back in the Loft soon. In the meantime, we invite you to try one of our live Loft Virtual classes, where you can cook along with and be guided by a chef from your home kitchen. ABOUT THE LOFT

The Loft Cooking School at Longo’s is the ideal place for food enthusiasts of all ages to explore their inner chef, have fun, and enjoy great food in a safe environment. The Loft is currently closed due to COVID restrictions and related precautions. When we re-open, we plan to have an exciting selection of COVID-safe cooking classes for adults and kids to choose from, along with other Loft activities, including birthday parties for kids and private events. In the meantime, we invite you to try our Virtual cooking classes, the next best thing to an in-person class!

Longo’s is happy to announce the introduction of Virtual Classes for adults and kids, live over Zoom, as part of our Loft Cooking School program. You will be guided by a trained chef and can ask questions while we make delicious recipes together from our own kitchens. We look forward to cooking with you!

What technology will I need to participate in a virtual class?

When will I get the Zoom link for a virtual class?

Do I get a copy of the recipes prepared during the class?

What technology will I need to participate in a virtual class?

The application we will be using for the online class is Zoom. You will need to download the (free) app to a laptop, tablet, phone or other device with a camera, speaker and microphone. You will need to sign in to Zoom with the same email that you used when booking the class. After you book a virtual class, you will receive an email with recipes and the Zoom link to the virtual class within a day of the class.

When will I get the Zoom link for a virtual class?

At least one day before the class that you have booked takes place, you will receive another email with recipes and the Zoom link to the virtual class. We will be using Zoom video conferencing for the class, so you will need to have Zoom downloaded on your device to participate.

Do I get a copy of the recipes prepared during the class?

All in-store classes include a copy of the recipes for you to take home. If you are taking a virtual class, the recipes will be emailed to you a day before the virtual class takes place.
